Accessibility Information
This page sets out how vision- or mobility-impaired users may take advantage of this website. It also attempts to list any restrictions we haven't managed to overcome, so that you can be aware of them, and hopefully reduce any frustration! Please address any comments to access@onfocussolutions.co.uk - we will use them to improve this site and future developments.
This statement
This statement is accessible from the very first link on any page of the site; this is so that users do not have to wait to get the information they need.
The second link on all pages allows you to skip the heading and navigation structure to go directly to the page content.
Access keys
All links on this site have access keys assigned; the method of accessing them depends upon your browser software, but the keys themselves are:
- Accessibility statement (this page) - b
- Skip to main content - s
- Home - h
- Gowns - g
- Accessories - a
- How to find us - f

Standards
The site endeavours to comply with WCAG AAA standards, as well as using XHTML 1.1 and valid CSS 2.0. WHat these standards mean for non-technical users is that consistent behaviours of objects in the site, and 'one way of doing things' are enforced so you know better what to expect from the site.
Headings
This site uses <h1> headings for page headlines, and <h2> headings for sections within a page. These tags should allow screen readers to skip the main content and provide a list of headings when required.
Navigation menus
The navigation menu at the top of the site is implemented as an unordered list; from a non-technical perspective this means a screen reader can present just the links and ignore any visual presentational guff.
Limitations
Please, if you find any limitations, let us know at access@onfocussolutions.co.uk.
